Some pilots who have signed the paper petition have asked about anonymity. There is a real concern for reprisal, but rest assured your identity will be protected.
The only pilots who will know that you signed the petition — digital or paper — will be the small group who are organizing the recall, and the Secretary-Treasurer.
Once the 25% recall threshold has been met, the standard procedures for an election will be held, to include a secret ballot vote in accordance with LMRDA standards.
